If you go to the relevant page, i.e. Activity Clubs, you will see an orange box with “Book Activity Club”. Click on the orange box and follow the on screen instructions to place an order and pay by bank transfer. Once payment has been confirmed you will receive an email confirming your booking.

To enquire about our availability for a children’s party please email us at gareth@sportstarz.org or michael@sportstarz.org. We will let you know our availability and get a time booked in for the party. Party payments are made on the day of the party due to possible last minute changes of numbers.

You can book onto courses at any time throughout the term. Please email us at gareth@sportstarz.org or michael@sportstarz.org and we can advise you of the cost for the remaining weeks. This applies to our tennis, pre-school and dodgeball sessions.

You will need to email us at gareth@sportstarz.org or michael@sportstarz.org once you have a team of at least 6 people. We can then either add you to a league if there is space, or add you to our waiting list to be called upon for friendly matches in the event another team can’t make their match, or to fill a space in the league when one becomes available.

Children must be 5 years old to attend our Activity Club. This is due to childcare legislation in the Island and is a strict policy that we must abide by. If we find that a child is under 5 years old at club, you will be contacted immediately to pick them up from the club. We have a 7 day cancellation policy for holiday clubs. If you cancel your space with at least 7 days notice we will provide a refund or credit for future bookings. If there is less than 7 days notice we may not be able to fill the space. If you have any questions concerning this please email us at gareth@sportstarz.org or michael@sportstarz.org.

During holidays where we offer two holiday clubs it will be important that you communicate with friends to find out which club they are booking their children into. We will not be able to give out information on who has booked with us due to data protection. If you have already booked a space at one club, and then find that you need to swap to the other venue, this is absolutely fine as long as there is still space available. You will just need to email gareth@sportstarz.org to make the change.

Children must be 8 years old or above to be able to swim at Beau Sejour due to the staff/child ratio for under 8s. Children of at least 8 years old must be able to swim 25 meters unaided to be allowed to swim at club.
